Even the analysts did not expect this: China has surprisingly presented strong growth figures in the middle of the customs dispute with the USA. In concrete terms, according to the statistics office, the second largest economy in Beijing has announced that the provisional growth was 5.4 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. While Sheng Laiyun, Vice Commission of the National Statistics Authority, speaks that the tariffs would not change the long -term positive trend, observers expect themselves China Economic growth will weaken. The effects could become particularly visible in the second annual quarter. Jens Mühling, China correspondent of the time, classifies China’s growth figures in the podcast.
The outbreak of corona pandemic is around five years. Very few have forgotten the chaotic conditions – the procurement of protective masks or the unjust distribution of vaccines.
