Bad news for the NFL Bills is that they will not be able to count on one of their most important players in their ranks.; Defensive end Von Miller was recently suspended by the league after it was reported that the man violated the league’s conduct policy.
According to information released by ESPN, the suspension is the result of Miller He is facing accusations against him for apparently attacking his girlfriend, who is pregnant. This apparently occurred last November 2023. The player himself turned himself in to the Glenn Height Police Department to comply with his arrest warrant for a third-degree felony.
Miller only spent a few hours in the DeSoto Tri-City prisonsince he was able to get out on bail after paying $5000 dollars.
With this, the defensive end will not be able to be with the Bills for the next four games that the franchise will have to face.and will be available to see action once again, in week 8 of the championship where they will face the Seattle Seahawks.
Although no charges were filed in the case, the NFL was aware and constantly monitoring with its investigation during the year 2024, to determine if the player deserved a sanction. Miller spoke about it where he denied all accusations
The player spoke in his defense
“Honestly, I wasn’t on social media before and I’m definitely not on social media now.. But from the things that have caught my attention, everything is false. And I’d love to sit here and say, ‘Everyone knows me!’ But it’s not, this is not that kind of situation because domestic violence really happens all over the world, for both men and women. And it’s a serious situation, so I wouldn’t draw that card. All I can say is that it is only a matter of time before everything falls into place.”
There is a history regarding Miller
It is not the first time that Von Miller has been sanctioned by the NFLwe must go back to 2013 when he served a suspension of a total of six games for the use of prohibited performance-enhancing substances.
