As tension rises in the Middle East As a result of the attack carried out by Iran with missiles towards Israeli territory, US President Joe Biden was clear in indicating that he does not support a possible response from the Jewish nation that involves an offensive directed at nuclear sites..
When questioned by some representatives of the press about whether he would support an Israeli war response that could trigger a greater conflict in the region, the 81-year-old Democrat was clear in his words.
“The answer is no,” said Biden, who during the morning held a phone call with the leaders of the Group of Seven: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United Kingdom.
Since October 7, when the conflict between Israel and the Islamic group Hamas broke out, the alleged stability that prevailed in the Middle East began to be put at risk.
