Afghanistan’s Taliban Ministry of Morality has announced that it will enforce a law banning the media from publishing images of living beings, from people to animals.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice declared: “The law applies to all of Afghanistan and will be applied gradually”, he says, arguing that the diffusion of images of living beings is “contrary to Islamic law ”.
